These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of StudyQR (the "Platform"), operated by StudyQR FZ-LLC, In5 Tech, Dubai Internet City, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we," "our," or "us").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using StudyQR, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Platform.
2. Use of Service
You may use StudyQR only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Engage in unauthorized scraping, data mining, or similar activities
- Upload or distribute harmful content or malware
- Use the service to infringe upon others' rights
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Third-Party Integrations
StudyQR lets you connect third-party services, such as Google Calendar and Microsoft 365 / Outlook Calendar. Connecting these services is optional and only happens with your explicit authorization. Your use of them remains subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their availability or content.
You can disconnect a connected service at any time from your Account Settings. How we handle data received from these services is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, design elements, and code on StudyQR are the property of StudyQR FZ-LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of our service without written permission.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to StudyQR at our sole discretion, without notice, for any behavior that violates these Terms or is otherwise deemed harmful.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability. Your use of the service is at your sole risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StudyQR FZ-LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of StudyQR shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This does not limit any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or via a prominent notice inside the Platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of StudyQR after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
